01Purpose

These terms govern the rental of motorcycles and equipment offered by Marrakech Moto. Any booking implies full acceptance of these conditions.

02Renter requirements

The renter must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid licence suited to the engine size, and present ID plus a bank card in their name for the deposit.

03Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed after online payment validation (or as otherwise indicated). Displayed prices include the basic insurance stated on the bike page, unless options are clearly marked.

04Deposit

A 15,000 MAD deposit is taken as a bank pre-authorisation (not charged unless there is a claim). The excess in case of damage is 12,000 MAD, reducible depending on selected options.

05Insurance and assistance

Comprehensive cover and 24/7 assistance are included in standard rentals. The renter remains liable for the excess and any non-compliant use (unauthorised off-road riding, subletting, etc.).

06Mileage and fuel

300 km/day are included and cumulative over the rental period. Beyond that: 2.5 MAD/km. The vehicle is handed over with a defined fuel level and must be returned in equivalent condition unless otherwise stated.

07Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, with a full refund. Date changes are possible subject to availability, without extra fees within the limits stated at booking.

08Return and disputes

The motorcycle must be returned to the agency on the agreed date and time. Any delay, damage or breach may incur charges. Disputes are handled amicably first; otherwise, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have jurisdiction.
